Carrie White

Carrie White is a Managing Partner of InSearch IT specializing in placing candidates both on contract as well as direct placement. Prior to InSearch, Carrie brings ten years of recruiting and staffing experience and she is a Certified Personnel Consultant.

Joined InSearch – 2008
First Job – Working for my dad’s optical business.  I packaged and distributed contacts and frames.  To this day, my dad was the hardest manager ever!
Best Vacation – Costa Rica with my family.  Exploring beaches, volcanos and mountains!
Biggest Goal – Raising a great family.  Work is important but raising 3 kids to become exceptional adults is my biggest goal.
One thing people would be surprised to know –   I had a 22 year old man die on the plane next to me. He fell into my cheerios after take-off and we spent 3 hours trying to revive him until we could land.
Pet Peeve-Random people hugging me.   If you ever get a hug from me it’s because I really want to give you one.
Favorite tv show- This is Us.  It is so relatable!
