Experience
- Managed technical projects including infrastructure, application implementation, operations, etc.
- Application support (low code-no code) experience
- Operational IT support experience
- Excellent communication including C-Level through front line team members
- Ability to collaborate with other departments as well as other team members
Technologies
- Intune (to configure notebooks)
- ConnectWise to manage devices remotely, patching, ticketing
- PowerAutomate
